Refund-Request Process
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days of use, and you wish to request a refund, then please follow the steps below as part of our Refund-Request Process.

1. Send us a message using our Contact Us page. Make sure you include your order/payment number in your message!
2. Upon receipt, we will then ask you to respond and attach a scan of your completed Monitoring Sheet, which was given to you as part of your purchase.
3. Upon receipt of your Monitoring Sheet, we will then process your refund.
4. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
