Unblock your Conscious and Subconscious Fears & Self-limiting Beliefs and Dissolve Anxiety and Fear

A belief is simply something that you tell yourself that you believe to be true, and then you act accordingly!

Our beliefs can either empower us to stretch beyond our current limitations, or in the case of self-limiting beliefs – they can keep us stuck right where we are. Or worse yet, make us slide backwards!

Common self-limiting (conscious) beliefs versus sinister, negative and dis-empowering (subconscious) beliefs

Subconscious self-limiting beliefs are your blind spots because they are deeply embedded in your subconscious mind. They can silently sabotage your finances, business, career, relationships and health in ways you’re consciously not aware of.

Maybe you find yourself stuck in a compulsive pattern of always spending more than you make, and never being able to come out on top or unable to get rid of bad habits such as smoking or eating the wrong foods…

The SEC Film “The Secret to Success”

The Secret to Success

The Climb

The Self-Empowerment (SEC) Film ‘The Secret to Success’ is a powerful and easy-to-use self-help visualization tool in the form of a 3 minute DVD that assists the viewer to achieve success in all areas of life including business, career, finances, education, health, sport, fitness, relationships and more. It is supported by the latest Neurosciences, research and findings in Epigenetics and Quantum Physics, Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuroplasticity and Success Coaching Principles. This SEC Film also uses a thoroughly researched visualization technique by Dr. C.O. Simonton (internationally acclaimed oncologist) which was designed to assist the client to overcome fear & doubt, a necessary step in order to take appropriate action to achieve set goals and cope with challenges on the way. Furthermore, this self-empowering “critical” visualization technique creates unstoppable confidence which is needed to help the viewer to overcome his #1 blockages… which are fear & doubt, and also conscious and subconscious self-limiting beliefs. After repetitious viewing (3-6 months), the viewer believes (on a conscious and subconscious level) with conviction that he has the ability to achieve his goal, he is successful and hence he will be… SEC Films can be used by individuals or in conjunction with other coaching programs and workshops by success, life, sports, health and business coaches, counsellors and psychologists.

All SEC Films in ‘The Climb’ series use the Self-Empowerment Cinematography (SEC) modality… meaning Use Your Powers got extraordinary people to overcome the greatest fears on planet earth while wearing a first person video camera. We got that footage and infused it into the viewer’s heart’s desires for the purposes of disabling the fear functions of the Amygdala and activating every action centre of the mind. The visualization technique gives the viewer the perception in his mind’s eye that it is him performing ‘The Climb’ which is essential for the visualization to work.

As a result, the viewer feels empowered, confident, able to dissolve anxiety, fear, depression and challenges such as financial loss and/or emotional and physical health issues.

It’s NOT Your Fault!

Conscious vs Subconscious

Between the ages of 0 and 6, your brain was in a form of constant hypnosis… you’re conscious but your subconscious mind is largely what’s being accessed and influenced and any beliefs or habits you formed at that age was like ‘planting seeds into fresh soil”. Fast forward 20 or 30 years, those seeds (your beliefs and habits you formed) are still part of your blueprint (programming) today that you act on daily without being consciously aware of.

“We have been led to believe that by using willpower, we can override the negative programs of our subconscious mind. Unfortunately, to do that, one must keep a constant vigil on one’s own behavior” ~ Bruce Lipton Ph.D.

Your subconscious mind controls about 96 percent of all your decisions, your emotions, perceptions and behaviors

Feelings of not being good enough or smart enough (low self-worth)

Feelings of not being good enough or smart enough can significantly slow your personal or business success. So can procrastination, which is frequently caused by the fear that your results won’t shine and the possibility that you’ll make errors in judgment and behavior. But in most cases, the underlying core emotion that may hold you back is fear. Both conscious ones and subconscious ones.

In a nutshell, it has been my experience that individuals, many small business owners and entrepreneurs under-appreciate their real value, which is precisely why they achieve lackluster personal and/or revenue results. Until you believe, in every part of your mind, heart and soul, what you’re worth as a person and/or provider of your product or service, your subconscious mind will continue capping your income at a place well below the income or business revenues you deserve to be getting.

SEC Films are designed to re-train your brain and help you to embrace your legitimate value so that you stop handicapping yourself.

The Wall of Self-Limiting Belief
Self Confidence

The SEC Films underpin the following success principles:

  • Why your self-worth will always determine your net worth and business revenues
  • The newest science-based inner game plan for achieving previously-unparalleled career and business success
  • The process to achieving business and financial freedom
  • Why fear is the ‘nemesis’ when it comes to sabotaging most individual’s and business owners’ success
  • Why and how subconscious fear causes you to freeze, fight, or flee—and a proven way to release its grip on you
  • How to develop the beliefs and habits of highly successful individuals and business owners
  • How to overcome your subconscious feelings of inadequacy or not being smart enough
  • How to develop unstoppable confidence and certainty

‘The Secret to Success’ applies a series of evidence-based techniques for mindset improvement and unblocking on a conscious and subconscious level, which are behavioral modification techniques to alter deeply rooted self-limiting beliefs and habits. They assist in the transition from fear (the #1 block) to possibility through a thoroughly tested visualization technique which desensitizes the fear functions of the brain (Amygdala). This results in an increase in confidence and self-esteem and, consequently, an activation of the action centres in the mind (the CEO of the brain). A broad array of brain-scan studies shows that a combination of intention, critical visualization, relaxation and auto-suggestion activities stimulate the frontal lobes and motor cortex, which propels the subject into taking action.

To live in the moment or now, means being conscious, aware and in the present with all of your senses. It means not dwelling on the past, nor being anxious or worrying about the future.

When we concentrate our attention on the present we focus on the task at hand. We give our full attention to what we are doing and we let go of outcomes.

Seizing each moment in life allows us to prolong its value and make it more meaningful. Rather than seeking quantity of time, when we live in the moment we enjoy and savor every minute. We don’t sacrifice quality for quantity.

Fear is the # 1 Block from Achieving your Goals

Overcome Fear

F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real

Neural Dissonance

If fear circuits light up

  • Motivation shuts down
  • Unpleasant feelings (emotions) are projected into the future causing anxiety and fear (Amygdala – fear centre of the brain is stimulated) and no new neurons can be fired or hardwired

Neural Coherence

When you lower the pressure of the fear centre (Amygdala), you get Neural Coherence such as…

  • power and action center gets activated
  • acceptance
  • master key opens the door
  • miracles can happen

Critical versus Positive Visualization Technique

If you have been paying any attention to the self-help industry during these many years, you will know that “positive visualization” is a trademark best-practice with very few equals. What could be simpler? For one to succeed, one must visualize attaining the object of success. Few would quarrel with such perfunctory logic. But could it be that the self-evidence of positive visualization is little more than a bookstore mirage? Though assumed true, it’s hard to say exactly why the practice works – if it works. Enter the latest round of research aimed at testing the mettle of self-help platitudes. Researchers Heather Kappes and Gabriele Oettingen, publishing in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, suggest to us that not only is positive visualization ineffective, it’s counterproductive. A practice proffered to help us succeed may do just the opposite.

During the course of four experiments, Kappes and Oettingen demonstrated that conjuring positive fantasies of success drains the energy out of ambition. When we imagine having reached what we want, our brains fall for the trick. Instead of mustering more energy to get “there”, we inadvertently trigger a relaxation response that mimics how we would feel if we’d actually reached the goal. Physiologically, we slide into our comfy shoes; blood pressure lowers, heart rate decreases, all is well in the success world of our mind’s making.

The research also uncovers that the more pressing the need to succeed, the more deflating positive visualization becomes. One of the experiments tested whether water-deprived participants would experience an energy drain from visualizing a glass of icy cold water (a simple but elegant study design) and found that indeed, in even something so basic, the brain responds as if the goal has been reached.

From a “proof is in the pudding” standpoint, the research showed that participants told to visualize attaining goals throughout the course of the week ended up attaining far fewer goals than a control group told they could mull over the week’s challenges any way they liked. The positive visualizers also self-reported feeling less energetic than the control group, and physiological tests supported their claim.

So if not crafting positive fantasies of success, what might be a better use of our time and imagination? Kappes and Oettingen suggest we try critical visualization, in which realistic obstacles, setbacks, and other decidedly not-so-positive factors are considered. Even failure itself, in all its rawness, should be thrown in and dabbled with as a possible outcome. As odd as it sounds, this research suggests that even random daydreaming is less deflating than positive fantasizing.

Ironically, shifting into positive fantasy mode is most effective when we need to decrease our energy expenditure, when, for example, anxiety is getting the better of us. In that case, the healthiest move is denying the fire more fuel, and it seems that positive visualization is a commendably effective tool for doing exactly that.

Which form of visualization will work for me – positive, negative or critical?

In a nutshell, one needs to understand that positive visualization without the realization that you will have to like failure as much as success and that there will be challenges ahead that you have to embrace in addition to use tools that assists you in overcoming fear and anxiety, self-doubt such as self-limiting beliefs in order to gain unstoppable confidence so that you take massive action are all the components that need to be addressed, otherwise we are only ‘day-dreaming’ and unable to manifest our desire. The lack of this understanding has left many disillusioned with the movie and book ‘The Secret’ and the law of attraction in general and the ability to heal yourself.

Bruce Lipton Ph.D.

Dr. Bruce Lipton explains brilliantly to Dr. Wayne Dyer our ability to rewrite our programming and the sciences behind it including Epigenetics

“We can rewrite those destructive programs that occupy our subconscious field” according to Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.

“The new science of Epigenetics promises that every person on the planet has the opportunity to become who they really are, complete with unimaginable power and the ability to operate from, and go for,the highest possibilities…” Bruce Lipton Ph.D.

“The use of these new “rewrite” modalities provides a way to communicate with the cells of your body and is the link to transformative biology as well as psychology.” Bruce Lipton Ph.D.
