Important Information About Our Digital Download Products

We use the standard H.264 MP4 format, so our digital files will play on virtually any PC/Laptop/Tablet or portable video player, provided you have the appropriate codecs and software installed (Visit h264info.com for more information on how to play H.264 files).

Because of the size of these files, we recommend users to download using a High-Speed Broadband Internet Connection. Download sizes of our Digital Products vary between 180MB and 270MB, depending on whether you download the Standard Definition (SD) or High Definition (HD) version.

Once you have added the Digital-Download item to your Checkout Cart, and confirmed that you wish to purchase by clicking “Go to Payment” (after entering your details or logging in), you will then be taken through our PayPal payment process, where you can pay with any major credit or debit card, or using your PayPal account. After checkout, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt, detailing how to download your purchased item. Therefore, please be sure to provide a valid email address.

If you do not receive the confirmation receipt, the email was probably flagged as spam, in which case please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate your receipt email, please send us a message using our Contact Us page, and we will help you to resolve the issue.

Before you download, be sure you are familiar with your own device’s set up and requirements, as each device’s settings are different and have different download procedures.

Due to a common downloading & storing issue with iOS devices such as iPads, iPhones and iPods, you may experience difficulty downloading and storing the SEC Films onto these devices.
