We often fail to realize it is our mind’s ability to be trained for positive thinking. Positive affirmations can make monumental progress towards re-training your own thought processes. While we’re busy complaining about our jobs, our bank accounts, and our boyfriends / girlfriends, we are training our brains to be discontent and see fault.
